On 19 January at 9.15 a.m., Fr Provincial addressed the Class X students, emphasizing the importance of recognizing and fulfilling God’s plan in one’s life through faith, perseverance, and sincere effort. He encouraged the students to align their discernment, dreams, and passions with their strengths and interests in order to discover their true path in life.
Fr Provincial cited the inspiring example of Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple. He highlighted how Steve Jobs faced significant challenges in his early life, especially due to poverty and difficulties in pursuing his education. Despite these obstacles, Steve Jobs showed courage and overcame challenges by remaining focused on the future.
The students expressed their gratitude to Don Bosco for the many opportunities provided to them, particularly the supportive environment, sports facilities, and disciplined formation. They also offered constructive suggestions for the improvement of the CBSE school. These included:
Construction of an auditorium
Better sports equipment
Introduction of AI classes
Provision of benches in one classroom
Upgradation of science laboratory equipment
Painting of the basketball court
The interaction was meaningful and encouraging, fostering motivation, reflection, and a strong sense of belonging among the students.
