An orientation program on the effective use of the SmartSchool App was conducted for the teachers of Don Bosco School, Gunadala Branch, on 4th June 2026. The session aimed to familiarize the teaching staff with the various features and functionalities of the application, enabling them to utilize it efficiently for academic and administrative purposes.

The resource person, Mr. Simon, provided a comprehensive demonstration of the app and explained its various modules in detail. He highlighted features such as attendance management, homework and assignment uploads, student performance tracking, communication with parents, timetable management, and sharing of notices and announcements. He also guided the teachers on maintaining accurate records and making the best use of the digital platform to enhance classroom management and communication.
During the interactive session, teachers were given practical insights into navigating the app, updating information, and resolving common issues that may arise while using it. Mr. Simon patiently addressed the queries raised by the participants and offered useful tips for ensuring smooth and effective implementation of the app in their daily work.
